Julie Baublis is a dedicated Escrow Officer who expertly guides real estate professionals and clients through seamless real estate transactions. With years of experience and a warm, authentic approach, she ensures clear communication among all parties involved. Julie prioritizes keeping everyone informed and pays close attention to detail to ensure each transaction stays on schedule. While Julie is personable in the office, she holds her faith and family deeply in her heart. Julie loves to take “road trips” to explore different landscapes, and she has even gone skydiving to see the world from a fresh perspective. Observing different viewpoints allows Julie to adapt to the ever-changing times, while her knowledge provides the stability needed as your escrow officer.

Corina Pinedo

Escrow Associate

Corina is extensive experience in real estate and financial services.  She worked for over a decade managing and overseeing bank branch operations where she emphasized the delivery of quality services to all clients.  Ultimately Corina took responsibility for the bank’s training by overseeing training classes for the bank’s employees and drafting policies and procedures.  She’s excited to bring her strong organizational and customer service skills to Open Title.  Corina strives to make the closing as stress-free and as efficient as possible for all our clients.  She is bilingual and serves as the Spanish interpreter for her church in El Paso.

Stacey Pradia is a proud Houston native and respected leader in the real estate and title insurance industry, bringing more than 20 years of experience rooted in service, clarity, and compassion. Since 2005, she has guided nearly 10,000 families through successful closings, earning a reputation for strong operational leadership, transparent communication, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and client care.

Driven by mentorship, education, and advocacy, Stacey is passionate about empowering teams and elevating the client experience. She serves as a Subject Matter Expert and Title Educator for HBREA and the NAACP’s Homes for Houston initiative, is a TLTA Institute Committee Panel Associate, and a 2023 TLTA Leadership Academy Alumna. A breast cancer survivor, devoted mother, and active community leader, Stacey leads with faith, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others become the best version of themselves.
